All these years, I never knew that the Mitchell Park Domes were free on Mondays to Milwaukee County residents. This will encourage those that like free things to get up and out the house early because it’s only free from 9am until noon.
The other thing a realized is that it’s not as big a I remember it being as a kid. I was in and out in less than an hour. That was in part because I didn’t have anyone holding me back. And the show dome was in transition. They are in the process of opening a new exhibit. So I could only walk through the desert and tropical domes.
